Plastics: is is an attempt to collect together information on the plastics used in the 350Z. Specifically, I was
interested in just what is required to modify things like the front bumper and side skirts since in classic hot rodding the idea was to express yourself by doing something
different . .or at least .. in your way . .not just purchasing off the shelf items. The problem is that this was sheet metal and offered the opportunity to do this kind of .. magic.

350Z Fuel Hose Recall: Nissan determined that some 2003-2004 model year Nissan 350Z vehicles may have a defect which relates to motor vehicle safety. There is a possibility thta the fuel filter may crack and result in leakage from the hose while refueling. If an ignition source is present, a fire could occur. In addition, fuel vapor hoses may crack and cause the malfnction indicator lamp tocome on. To prevent this condition from occuring, Nissan is conducting a Voluntary Safety Recall Campaign to replace the fuel filter and vapor hoses with new ones.
