eTraxx.com started out back in 1999 as a Genealogy website (Genetic HodgePodge). That has changed several times since it is a homepage and so reflecting my changing interests. One of the problems being that simply slapping together something to upload to a server without any intrinsic use tends to result in that page fading away. Hopefully, I will be able to insert some useful links that will keep this genealogy section useful and viable.
Cemetery Search: Enter a zip code and search radius (5/10/15/20 miles) and you are given a cemetery search result showing those cemeteries
found within that search. Distance to the cemtery is point to point. Google and MS Live Search maps are included.
ePODUNK: Cemetery search by State and/or name. Tip: If you're looking
for cemeteries by county, search for the county first, then click on the cemeteries link on the county page. If you're looking for cemeteries near
a community, search for the community first, then click on the nearby cemeteries link.
Find a Grave: Find the graves of ancestors, create virtual memorials, add 'virtual flowers' and a note to a loved one's grave, etc.
National Gravesite Locator - United States Department of Vetran Affairs. Search for burial locations of veterans and their family members in
VA National Cemeteries, state veterans cemeteries, various other military and Department of Interior cemeteries, and for veterans buried in
private cemeteries when the grave is marked with a government grave marker.
